Harriet Myers Fain, PT, MPA started her career in physical therapy as a therapist assistant in the USAF in 1985. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 1992 and her Master of Public Administration from California State University Northridge in 2008. She has treated patients across the lifespan but spent 20 years as a pediatric therapist for the departments of public health in Los Angeles and Orange Counties in California. She retired from public service as the Division Chief for Children’s Medical Services in Orange County and relocated to Colorado where she practiced physical therapy in public schools, skilled nursing homes, and home health settings.

Harriet is a fierce advocate for disability rights for patients of all ages and finds deep fulfillment in service to the community. Harriet and her husband recently moved to Las Vegas where she joined the team at Tilton’s Therapy. She has raised two neurodivergent sons who are her pride and joy and looks forward to meeting you and your family.
