We provide outpatient therapies and are NOT home health. If you are receiving home health services, you will not qualify for our mobile therapies.

Home Health is for patients who are:
• Homebound, meaning it is very difficult or impossible to go out to a facility for treatment
• In need of skilled nursing
• Under the care of a physician to monitor severe or unstable health statuses
• Slow functional decline due to injury, illness or health conditions
Outpatient is for patients who are:
• Looking to improve their daily function and quality of life in their natural environment
• Wanting to continue progress and prevent future issues following discharge from an inpatient facility
• Desiring the flexibility and convenience of home or community visits
• Ready to generalize skills into their daily life with integrated interventions that work with their life for their life

Occupational Therapy is a profession dedicated to helping people across the lifespan participate in activities that are meaningful to them, in order to live life to its fullest. This can include home evaluations for safety, rehabilitation after an injury, or learning compensatory strategies after a change in function due to illness.

Physical Therapy is a profession geared towards improving the quality of life of their patients by movement analysis, exercise, hands-on care, and pain management. They work with patients to recover from injury or illness, provide patient education to manage chronic conditions and pain, and improve mobility.

What is Speech Therapy?
Speech Therapy is provided to any individual with language, cognitive, swallowing, or feeding dysfunction or difficulties to increase comprehension, expression, and safety with functional eating. Speech-Language Pathologists work with people across the lifespan to increase their independence with swallowing and feeding-related disorders, coordination, or recovery after impacts on function. They also enhance cognitive functioning with language development or recovery for improved quality of life.
