Helen was born and raised in Aberdeen, Scotland. She emigrated to the US in 1992, initially living in Boston, then gradually moved West, spending time in Utah and California, before settling in Nevada in 1999.

One of Helen’s favorite aspects of OT is the holistic approach. She appreciates that as an OT, she has the ability to see all the pieces that fit together to make us human — that is what drew her to a career in OT, and continues to inspire her practice.
