Kathryn earned her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. She then pursued her Master's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Alabama A&M University. Kathryn has been a speech-language pathologist for seven years.
Kathryn became interested in speech-language pathology after someone close to her was diagnosed with selective mutism. She was inspired to help people find their voice after watching them work with an SLP and a psychologist.
“I help patients grow, develop, and thrive by creating individualized, engaging therapy sessions that meet them where they are and build on their strengths. I focus on functional communication skills that can make a meaningful difference in everyday life, while partnering closely with families and caregivers to support progress beyond the therapy session,” Kathryn stated.
