Immediate Supervisor: Senior Director of Rehabilitation

Department: Clinical leadership

Job: Supervise therapists’ daily operations and support growth of the company by establishing new referral sources. 

Goal: Ensure therapists create and deliver appropriate care plans and that patient satisfaction averages 90%.

Requirements:

  •  5+ Years of Clinical Experience as a Licensed Therapist in a variety of settings or 2 consecutive years of employment with TT/TT4T

  • Knowledgeable in insurance and prior authorizations

  • Strong leadership skills, conflict management, team building, critical reasoning, problem-solving, ability to provide strong support and coverage to the Director of Rehabilitation

  • Knowledge of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy Services for collaboration and co-treats. 

  • Interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary communication and multidisciplinary team approach to care

  • Dexterity to complete all job duties in a non-traditional natural environment setting

  • Ability to coach therapists and resolve conflicts as needed  with families/clients

  • Fluent on Google Drive, Slack, ClinicSource

  • Experience with recommending assistive equipment, facilitation of ordering equipment by collaborating with vendors

  • Understand and embrace the culture of the mission of Tilton’s Therapy

Responsibilities:

  • Assess Plan of care management for all clients in the service area

  • Complete weekly check-ins with each therapist

  • Provide clinical support by sharing resources to ensure therapist success

  • Manage referrals in region — assign therapist, update ClinicSource, Master Client List, and Slack. 

    • Communicate with Patient Coordinator for patient services

    • Maintain efficient and effective company operations

    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory laws and protocols

  • Communicate with other Lead Therapists 

  • Communicate with SDOR weekly to discuss barriers or concerns of the therapists

  • Assess and document community needs to communicate to Senior Director of Rehabilitation

  • Perform skilled therapeutic interventions

2022 Quantifiable Metrics:

  • Complete 4 quality assurance calls per month

  • Send new referrals within 24 hours and follow up on status within 4 business days

  • Increase regional active clients by 3% month over month

  • Personally provide 60% billable hours per week of billable services
