Immediate Supervisor: CEO

Department: Clinical leadership

Job: To support clinical excellence and operational success within an assigned region.

Goal: This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and helping fellow therapists succeed while maintaining a clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support therapist onboarding and development

  • Assist with caseload growth and referral coordination

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to therapists

  • Conduct quality assurance and basic chart reviews

  • Optimize scheduling and workflow efficiency

  • Complete regular therapist check-ins

  • Lead and support a team of approximately 10–12 therapists

Qualifications:

  • Current Nevada PT, OT, or SLP license

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated professionalism and leadership potential

  • Commitment to quality patient care and compliance

  • Passion for supporting team growth and operational excellence

Position Details:

  • Leadership role with direct reports

  • Approximately 60% clinical caseload responsibilities and 40% leadership/operational responsibilities

  • Maintain an active patient caseload while supporting therapist development, onboarding, scheduling, referral management, and quality initiatives
