Lydia has been working as a physical therapist assistant for 7+ years with the majority of her work being in pediatrics. She was fortunate to be introduced to her career field through friends. She expressed that she has always had a passion for helping others and this field aligns with her values. A theory or aspect she most likes about her profession is the idea that a moving body is a happy body/mind. Lydia also has experience working in other settings, such as outpatient and school-based therapy.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Lydia has lived in Las Vegas for a year. She says that she enjoys proximity to a variety of outdoor activities and that being surrounded by mountains is amazing. In her free time, Lydia enjoys hiking, travel, various hobbies, and live music. “I enjoy helping others achieve their goals through movement,” says Lydia.
