She owned and operated a private practice for over 18 years. She started out as an Elementary Education major and her advisor encouraged her to specialize in something. She observed a child at the Augustana College Speech Center and she was hooked!

Racheal pioneered the Telehealth program through Tiltons when the pandemic hit and had to relocate back to Illinois from Las Vegas. It is her current love and passion and has been for 5 years. Children love it and it is very convenient and efficient for families who have a busy schedule or multiple children. Racheal is extremely pleased with the success of this service delivery model and loves to see children and families benefit from the service.
