Workout Planner + Habit Tracker

Many of us begin the year with new goals, particularly fitness and health goals. This year, we are introducing a tool to help you not only monitor your fitness goals, but also to plan them ahead of time.

Use this chart to help you plot out what types of workouts or activities you will engage in each day. Don’t forget to include your rest days! Remember: all movement matters, so engage in the movement that feels best for your body.
