Self-Care Cards

If you find yourself unable to set time aside for self-care, it is time for a change! Self-care is important to help our brains find a place of calm and reduce stress in our bodies. There are so many benefits to practicing self-care and it is something everyone should be mindful of incorporating into their normal routine.

When you are not sure how to give to yourself, use our self-care cards! Simply print them, cut out the cards, then when you are ready, draw a card and follow the action it details.
