Art Therapy Meditation

Meditation comes in many forms, including drawing, coloring, or painting. It can be very calming for the mind to engage in the simple act of coloring. Use this activity to incorporate a simple meditation concerning your well-being.

Each circle represents a positive affirmation about yourself, such as, “I am strong,” or “I am peaceful.” Color the circle as you wish, and fill in each circle with your own positive affirmation about yourself. After you’ve completed the ring of circles, use this as a meditation for the future. Return to the same affirmations as needed to help you meditate!
