Therapy Tune-Up: Stress Management Coloring Pages

For this month’s Therapy Tune-Up, we are introducing a stress management challenge! It is easy to participate and easy to make progress.

The challenge is:

Spend (at least) 5 minutes per day coloring the pages provided (or choose your own).

If you want to continue coloring longer than 5 minutes, that’s great! Use this time as a way to calm your mind and let the stress fall away for a period of time each day.

Print out our free coloring pages (pattern and mandalas, animals, plants, or landscapes) or use the coloring pages of your choice.
