Energy Budget Bingo
Energy Budget Bingo is an activity designed to help clients practice pacing, energy conservation, self-awareness, and daily regulation strategies in a simple, approachable way.
How to Use
Choose one bingo square to focus on at a time. Each square includes a small strategy that may help you save energy, restore energy, reduce overwhelm, or complete daily tasks in a more manageable way.
After completing a square, mark it with a check, sticker, color, or initials. The goal is to complete five squares in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
You can use this activity during therapy sessions, as a weekly home practice tool, or as a daily reminder to pace yourself throughout the day.
