Priority Pyramid
Our Priority Pyramid Worksheet is a therapy activity that helps participants organize tasks by importance, urgency, and energy level. Using a simple three-level pyramid, you can identify what needs to be done first, what can wait, and what can be simplified or supported. This activity encourages planning, decision-making, and realistic task management for everyday routines.

How the Activity Works
List any tasks you are thinking about that need to get done.
Place each task into one level of the pyramid.
Choose one task from the top section to start with.
Identify one task from the bottom section that can be simplified, delayed, or supported.
Optional: Revisit the pyramid later and move tasks if priorities change.
