This activity uses the metaphor of spring cleaning to promote self-care, organization, and mental decluttering. Participants will reflect on their physical and mental "clutter," then plan small actions to refresh their environment and routines — a little OT for your life!

How to Use It:
Reflect & Write:
Fill in each section, either solo or as part of a group check-in.
Encourage thoughtful but simple answers — 1–3 bullet points per pane.
Pick One Action:
Choose one thing from the worksheet to focus on for the day or week.
Write it on a small sticky note or the backside of the worksheet.
Mindful Cleanse (Optional Movement Element):
Play soft music or nature sounds. Invite yourself or participants to do a 5-minute “tidy task” — clear a surface, stretch, deep clean a corner, organize something symbolic.
Follow-Up Prompt:
“What did clearing that space (mental or physical) open up for you?”
Great for journaling, group sharing, or check-in a week later.
