Spring Reset Window to Renewal

This activity uses the metaphor of spring cleaning to promote self-care, organization, and mental decluttering. Participants will reflect on their physical and mental "clutter," then plan small actions to refresh their environment and routines — a little OT for your life!

How to Use It:

  1. Reflect & Write:

    • Fill in each section, either solo or as part of a group check-in.

    • Encourage thoughtful but simple answers — 1–3 bullet points per pane.

  2. Pick One Action:

    • Choose one thing from the worksheet to focus on for the day or week.

    • Write it on a small sticky note or the backside of the worksheet.

  3. Mindful Cleanse (Optional Movement Element):

    • Play soft music or nature sounds. Invite yourself or participants to do a 5-minute “tidy task” — clear a surface, stretch, deep clean a corner, organize something symbolic.

  4. Follow-Up Prompt:

    • “What did clearing that space (mental or physical) open up for you?”

    • Great for journaling, group sharing, or check-in a week later.
